The Tenerife Bluetrail by UTMB is a challenging race taking runners through the Teide National Park, a region known for its volcanic peaks, lava fields, and alpine scenery.

442 ultrarunners gathered in Cristianos for the 110km race which features 6250m of gain before reaching Puerto de la Cruz. Manuel Anguita (ESP) took the lead early on and was first to reach the Teide checkpoint followed by Jordi Gamito Baus (ESP) and Alexis Martin Lorenzo (ESP) running together at this stage.

Anguita maintained his lead to take the victory in 12:54:22 Baus pulled away to finish in 13:28:26 with third place taken by Ruben Dieguez Quiroga (ESP) finishing in 13:42:27
Eva Sperger (GER) was first woman through Teide and also held the front until to the finish line completing the distance in 15:18:55. Second was Gitana Akmanaviciute (LTU) in 17:00:41 and third was Claire Heslop (CAN) finsihing in 17:39:51.
